The new City Council was installed and new mayor Lili Bosse was sworn in as was vice mayor Julian Gold.
Emotions ran high as out-going leaders were honored and in-coming elected leaders took their seats as a new era in our city began.
The transparency was obvious with each speech and a new vision was formed.
A community can only endure if its foundation is solid.
That has been built, but the stairs leading to a better tomorrow can only happen with the involvement of its people.
